Conduct training sessions for new hires and existing employees on sales techniques, processes, and product knowledge
Design, develop, and update training content aligned with business needs
Monitor, evaluate, and report on training effectiveness
Provide on-the-floor coaching and mentoring to enhance sales performance
Collaborate with operations and quality teams to identify gaps and address them through structured training initiatives
Graduate in any stream (preferred)
2+ years of experience as a Sales Trainer (BPO/International campaign experience preferred)
Excellent communication, presentation & interpersonal skills
Strong knowledge of sales methodologies and customer handling
Ability to engage, motivate, and influence large groups
