As a Sales Trainer at Talent PSC Academy, you will play a crucial role in designing and delivering comprehensive sales training programs to support the growth and success of our Sales Team. With 15 years of excellence, Talent PSC Academy is expanding its operations and seeking a dynamic individual to join in the mission of assisting aspirants in competitive exams. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop training modules for new hires and provide continuous training for existing team members. - Coach individuals to enhance their sales skills and achieve their targets. - Evaluate training effectiveness, provide feedback, and monitor performance for continuous improvement. - Collaborate with sales managers, product teams, and stakeholders to align training initiatives with business goals. **Qualifications Required:** - Proven track record in sales, preferably in the EdTech sector, demonstrating a deep understanding of sales processes and industry best practices. - Previous experience as a Sales Coach or Trainer is advantageous. - Ability to offer constructive feedback, motivate sales representatives, and analyze data to identify training needs. - Strong communication skills and the capacity to inspire and engage individuals. - Additional training certifications will be considered a positive attribute.
