SALES TRAINER

As a Sales Trainer at Talent PSC Academy, you will play a crucial role in designing and delivering comprehensive sales training programs to support the growth and success of our Sales Team. Talent PSC Academy, a premier institute in Kerala focused on assisting aspirants in competitive exams, is seeking a dynamic individual to join us in our mission. With 15 years of excellence, we are expanding our operations and require a Sales Trainer to provide training and mentorship to our sales professionals. Your main responsibilities will include developing training modules for new hires, continuous training for existing team members, and coaching individuals to enhance their sales skills and achieve their targets. You will be actively involved in evaluating training effectiveness, providing feedback, and monitoring performance to ensure continuous improvement. Collaborating with sales managers, product teams, and other stakeholders is essential to align training initiatives with business goals. To excel in this role, you should have a proven track record in sales, preferably in the EdTech sector, showcasing a deep understanding of sales processes and industry best practices. Previous experience as a Sales Coach or Trainer is advantageous. Your ability to offer constructive feedback, motivate sales representatives, and analyze data to identify training needs will be critical. Strong communication skills and the capacity to inspire and engage individuals are essential qualities we seek. Possessing additional training certifications will be considered a positive attribute. This is a full-time position with benefits such as paid sick leave and time off. The role requires working in-person during day and morning shifts at our Trivandrum location.
