Talent PSC Academy is a leading institute in Kerala dedicated to helping aspirants achieve success in competitive exams. With 15 years of excellence, we are expanding our presence and looking for a dynamic Sales Trainer for training and mentoring our Sales Team.

Key Responsibilities

1. Training & Development: Designing and developing comprehensive sales training programs, including onboarding for new hires and ongoing training for existing sales teams.

2. Coaching & Mentoring : Providing individual coaching and feedback to sales representatives, helping them improve their skills, overcome challenges, and achieve their goals.

3. Performance Evaluation: Assessing the effectiveness of training programs through evaluations, feedback, and performance monitoring, making adjustments as needed.

4. Collaboration: Collaborating with sales managers, product teams, and other managers to align training with business objectives and ensure a cohesive approach

5.Set quarterly/monthly learning and development objectives for the sales team

Skills and Qualifications:

• Sales Experience: Proven experience in sales, ideally within the EdTech industry, demonstrating a strong understanding of the sales process and best practices.
• Work experience as a Sales Coach, Sales Trainer or similar role
• Coaching and Mentoring Skills:Ability to provide constructive feedback, motivate and guide sales representatives to improve their performance.
• Analytical Skills:Ability to analyze data, identify training needs, and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate people
• Additional training certification is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
