Sales Trainer

Role Clarity Document  Officer- Sales Training & On-Job Sales Coaching  Role Purpose: To train, coach, and develop telesales agents to perform confidently and achieve daily call and sales targets through strong product knowledge, effective communication and professional sales conduct.     Key Responsibilities:  Training: Conduct onboarding and product training for new telesales agents. Teach sales scripts, rebuttals, client communication, and call flow. Complete full knowledge training cycles within 6 days of joining offline / online. Conduct mock calls to assess individually & develop each trainee job-fit within 6 days of Agent's joining.   On-the-Job Coaching: Provide one-to-one sales coaching during the first 30 days of a Sales Agent's joining. Coach each Sales Agent How to sell our online product & services. Teach sales skills like probing, objection handling and closing techniques. Track daily progress, plan & assess improvement for each agent individually. Ensure every trainee meets sales and quality targets within 30 days. Support agents in achieving their first-month revenue goals.   Candidate Profile: Graduate in any discipline. 2 to 3 years of experience as a sales agent and sales trainer in telesales. Excellent communication, observation & monitoring skills. Practical understanding of telesales in all aspects.   Compensation & Growth: Starting Salary: ₹ 30,000 per month.   Work Schedule: 1.   Days: Monday to Saturday (2nd Saturday and Sundays off) 2.   Time: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM 3.   Location: Rah Legal Knowledge Process Pvt.
