Job Title: BPO Trainer - Sales | Domestic Voice Process | Noida 


Location: Noida, Sector 57 (On-site)

We are on the hunt for a dynamic BPO Trainer to join our vibrant team in Noida! If you live for shaping new hires into top-performing sales executives, this is your stage.A Glimpse into Your Role:


You will be the architect of our new hires' success, leading the end-to-end training for our domestic sales clients. Your mission: to equip them with the skills to excel and drive revenue from day one.Key Responsibilities: 


 End-to-End Batch Training: Manage the entire training lifecycle, ensuring a smooth journey from induction to nesting. Maximize Batch Throughput: Drive high graduation rates, ensuring trainees are process-certified and production-ready. Training Needs Identification (TNI): Identify skill gaps through floor audits and feedback to design targeted modules. Content Development: Create and deliver powerful training on sales techniques, product knowledge, and objection handling. Training Delivery: Conduct engaging sessions using Train-The-Trainer (TTT) methodologies. Feedback & Coaching: Hold regular, structured feedback sessions to foster continuous improvement. KPI & KRA Expertise: Train agents on critical performance metrics for a domestic sales BPO. Assessment & Evaluation: Administer tests and certifications to measure training effectiveness.Do you have what it takes?Must-Haves: Minimum 1 year of experience as a Trainer in a BPO.Mandatory background in a Domestic (India) Voice Process, specifically in Sales/Inside Sales.Strong grasp of BPO KPIs & KRAs.Hands-on experience with TNI, TTT, and Feedback Sessions.Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.A motivational and energetic personality!Ready to Make an Impact? If you're ready to build the next generation of sales champions, we want to hear from you!Contact Person- Meenakshi Ghildiyal 9899297912
