About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and skilled Sales Trainer who will be responsible for training new batches of admission counsellors, developing performance improvement strategies, reviewing call quality, and driving overall conversion efficiency. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, hands-on experience in sales training, and the ability to manage low performers through structured PIP (Performance Improvement Plans).

Key Responsibilities

• Train new batches of admission counsellors on sales processes, product knowledge, communication skills, and conversion techniques.
• Conduct performance improvement training for low performers and implement structured PIP (Performance Improvement Plans).
• Listen to call recordings, analyze gaps, and share feedback in coordination with the management team.
• Design, update, and introduce new conversion strategies and training modules to improve overall sales effectiveness.
• Monitor individual and team performance, track progress, and ensure consistent improvement.
• Conduct regular refresher trainings and roleplays for continuous skill enhancement.
• Maintain training reports, performance dashboards, and quality assessment sheets.
• Collaborate with team leaders and management to achieve monthly admission and conversion targets.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales training, counselling training, or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of sales processes and call counselling techniques.
• Ability to analyze call recordings and provide constructive, actionable feedback.
• Good command over communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong understanding of performance management and PIP structures.
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and result-oriented.
