Sales Trainer

As a Luxury Car Sales Trainer, your role will involve designing and delivering educational programs for sales teams to enhance their skills and increase productivity. By conducting skills gap analyses, preparing learning material, and evaluating training results, you will play a crucial role in improving the overall performance of our sales teams. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct skills gap analyses to identify areas for improvement - Design training curricula within set time and budget constraints - Create physical and digital educational material such as videos and case studies - Onboard new salespeople effectively - Coordinate individual and team performance review sessions to address strengths and weaknesses - Monitor sales objectives and results to track progress - Gather feedback from trainees and managers on training courses - Report on the impact of training programs, including sales achievements - Collaborate with external trainers or industry professionals to organize seminars - Maintain accurate records of training material, curricula, and costs Qualifications Required: - Proven work experience as a Sales Trainer or similar role - Previous experience in a sales position is advantageous - Ability to oversee the complete training cycle, including in-person activities and web-based learning - Proficiency with e-learning platforms - Strong organizational skills - Excellent communication and presentation abilities - Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, or a relevant field - Additional certification in training is a bonus Feel free to contact us at 9878492392 for further information.
