Deliver training across Sales, Service, Used Car, Guest Relations, and Value Chain.
Conduct hybrid training sessions (online and offline).
Perform audits, gap analysis, SOP reviews, and training content customization.
Ensure KPI achievement: Knowledge Index, Enquiry Conversion, Retail Performance, etc.
Submit training effectiveness reports and monthly performance reviews.
Support in dealer manpower recruitment and training program logistics.
