About the Role

Sales Trainer & Quality Assurance Manager

You will play a key role in shaping sales capability, driving student acquisition, and contributing to the revenue growth of a fast-scaling EdTech organization.


Key Responsibilities

1) Training & Development

  • Conduct

    New Hire Orientation Programs

    and certify new sales executives on products, processes, and policies.
  • Deliver

    On-the-Job Training (OJT)

    for new hires during their initial 3 months, tracking productivity milestones.
  • Design and deliver

    structured training programs

    (daily, weekly, monthly) for new and experienced staff.
  • Develop

    sales scripts, objection-handling methods, and closing strategies

    tailored for EdTech products (Occult & Vedic Sciences).
  • Organize

    refresher and motivational sessions

    for underperforming team members.
  • Facilitate

    knowledge sessions

    for partner teams on product features, value propositions, and customer benefits.

2) Quality Assurance & Monitoring

  • Conduct

    regular and random audits

    of sales calls, client interactions, and reports.
  • Identify gaps, errors, and compliance issues in sales execution and recommend corrective measures.
  • Create and implement

    Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

    for consistent sales practices.
  • Provide

    structured feedback and corrective action plans

    to improve conversion rates and overall sales quality.

3) Performance Management

  • Track and analyze

    sales performance data

    to identify trends, training needs, and improvement opportunities.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to define and achieve

    KPIs and productivity targets

    .
  • Prepare

    periodic reports

    on training outcomes, sales quality, and overall team performance.


Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (

    MBA preferred

    ).
  • Minimum

    4+ years of experience

    as a Sales Trainer, Quality Analyst, or Sales Manager (EdTech experience preferred).
  • Strong understanding of

    EdTech products

    (Occult/Vedic Sciences), course structures, and student engagement models.
  • Excellent

    communication, presentation, and motivational skills

    (English & Hindi preferred).
  • Ability to

    identify performance gaps

    and implement effective corrective strategies.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working in a

    6-day work environment

    .
