Maintaining sales deals in HubSpot after verifying them with sales leaders for the transactions they have completed. Additional Responsibilities: Keep track of all plaques, speakers, agendas, and marketing materials for magazine preparation ahead of the conference. All panel discussion details and keynote speaker introduction emails must be completed before the conference to ensure they can coordinate with each other prior to appearing on stage at the event.
