Role & responsibilities 1. Customer Relationship Management & Sales Execution Conduct regular visits to the companys existing strong customer base. Maintain consistent communication via calls, emails, and in-person meetings. Ensure timely quotation submission to customers. Manage sample requests, including coordination with the lab for preparation and dispatch. Follow up with the lab on sample progress and ensure timely delivery to customers. Follow up with customers for sample feedback and trial results. Enter all interactions, quotations, sample requests, and follow-ups in the CRM system. Prepare and submit a monthly travel plan and visit reports 2. Collection Follow-up Proactively follow up on outstanding payments to ensure timely collections. Coordinate with the accounts team for reconciliation and dispute resolution. Develop and implement a structured collection follow-up plan. 3. Business Development & New Client Acquisition Identify and approach new customers in the domestic and export markets. o Leverage industry knowledge to identify potential business opportunities. Conduct market research on customer needs, competition, and pricing trends. 4. CRM Usage, Sales Tracking & Reporting Ensure daily CRM updates covering the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to order dispatch. Track and manage sales pipelines, customer interactions, and follow-ups. Prepare and submit a detailed visit report after every customer meeting. Provide regular reports on sales progress, pending collections, and market feedback Preferred candidate profile • Experience: 5-8 years in B2B sales within a chemical manufacturing or trading company (mandatory). • Education: Bachelors degree in Chemistry, Business, or a related field. • Skills : o Strong customer relationship management and negotiation skills. o Hands-on experience with CRM tools for sales tracking and reporting. o Excellent communication in English, Hindi, and Gujarati (preferred). o Ability to travel extensively for customer visits and follow-ups

Role & responsibilities As a Senior Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving domestic and international sales of dyes and pyrazolines, building long-term customer relationships, and achieving revenue targets. This is a strategic, hands-on role requiring both technical product knowledge and strong commercial acumen. Key Responsibilities: Identify, develop, and manage B2B sales opportunities in both domestic and export markets. Build and nurture strong relationships with distributors, agents, and direct customers. Conduct technical discussions with customers to position the right product solutions. Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and industry networking events. Generate regular sales forecasts, MIS reports, and customer feedback documentation. Ensure timely follow-ups, order closures, and collections. Drive customer retention and expansion through performance tracking Preferred candidate profile Education: B.Sc / M.Sc / B.Tech in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related fields.
