Role Summary

The role involves managing the complete tendering and bidding process, including proposal costing, documentation, and client coordination. The candidate will play a key role in ensuring accurate and competitive submissions while collaborating across departments.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and manage tender documentation.
Develop cost estimates and pricing strategies for proposals.
Create technical and commercial bids aligned with client requirements.
Analyze contract terms and assess associated risks.
Coordinate with internal teams including engineering, procurement, and finance.
Liaise with clients and consultants for clarifications and negotiations.
Benchmark market and competitor data to enhance proposal competitiveness.
Ensure precision and thoroughness in all documentation and submissions

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 12 years of experience in sales, tendering, and bidding.
Strong understanding of technical and commercial aspects of proposals.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams.
