Telecaller

Key Responsibilities:

Make
outbound calls
to potential students and parents to promote courses and generate leads.
Handle
inbound calls
and walk-in inquiries, providing accurate and timely information.
Follow up regularly with interested leads to ensure conversions.
Maintain and update the student inquiry database.
Coordinate with the admissions and counseling teams for smooth onboarding.

Candidate Requirements:

Minimum qualification: Graduate (any stream).
Excellent communication skills in
Hindi and English
.
Confident, persuasive, and target-driven personality.
Prior experience in educational telecalling or counseling preferred.
Freshers with strong communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
