Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Telecaller, located in Ahmedabad. The Sales Telecaller will be responsible for contacting potential and existing customers to promote products and services, answering customer questions, and handling customer objections. The Telecaller will also maintain a database of customer contact information, follow up on leads, and achieve sales targets.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle customer queries and objections professionally
• Able work in Night shift or Day shift both
• Experience in telesales, telemarketing, or similar roles
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Marketing, Business, or related field is a plus
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Previous experience in the tech industry is a plus
