Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Telecaller located in Lucknow. The Sales Telecaller will be responsible for contacting potential customers, introducing and promoting products or services, and responding to inquiries. Duties include maintaining accurate records of customer details, resolving complaints, and achieving sales targets while providing an exceptional customer experience. The role also requires collaboration with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective sales strategies.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills
• Negotiation, persuasion, and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency with customer relationship management (CRM) tools and basic computer skills
• Adaptability, resilience, and a results-oriented mindset
• Experience in sales or customer service is advantageous
• Ability to work on-site in Lucknow
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred but not mandatory
