We provide tailored payment and finance solutions for the supply chain ecosystem through a variety of products, including Supply Chain Finance, Working Capital Term Loans, Merchant Loans, and Invoice Discounting. Supermoney operates its own NBFC and partners with large banks/NBFCs to effectively serve target consumers.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Telecaller, located in Noida. The Sales Telecaller will be responsible for engaging with potential customers over the phone, explaining and promoting Supermoney’s financial products, addressing inquiries, and generating sales leads. Daily tasks include making outbound calls, maintaining accurate records of calls, following up on existing and potential clients, and achieving sales targets. The role also involves collaborating with the sales team to align efforts and strategies.

Qualifications

• Experience in telecalling, customer service, and sales communication
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Effective verbal communication skills in English and Hindi are preferred
• Ability to handle customer inquiries professionally and effectively
• Basic knowledge of finance and loan products is beneficial
• Ability to work well in a team and achieve sales targets
• Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office
• Relevant experience in the financial or fintech industry is an advantage
