Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Telecaller, located in Rohini, Delhi,. The Sales Telecaller will be responsible for contacting potential clients via phone to promote HVAC services, maintaining records of client interactions, following up on leads. The role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to handle client queries effectively, and a proactive approach to achieve sales targets.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in telecalling, cold calling or telesales
• Customer relationship management and sales skills
• Ability to maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales leads
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
• Knowledge in the HVAC industry is a plus
• Proficiency in MS Office
• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in business or a related field is preferred
