Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Team Member located in Manesar. The Sales Team Member will handle customer interactions, facilitate sales processes, and assist with data management as necessary. Daily tasks include engaging with clients to understand their needs, delivering exceptional customer service, preparing sales reports, and coordinating internally to ensure customer satisfaction. The role also includes fostering relationships to drive growth and meet sales targets.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members
• Demonstrated ability to deliver excellent customer service and maintain client relationships
• Experience in sales processes, with a focus on achieving targets and supporting team goals
• Willingness to assist with physical tasks such as product unloading, when required
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or related field preferred
• Prior experience in the automotive manufacturing or related industry is an advantage
