Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Team Member based in Gurgaon. The Sales Team Member will be responsible for developing and maintaining client relationships, generating leads, preparing sales reports, and meeting sales targets. Additional responsibilities include implementing strategic sales initiatives, conducting market research, and delivering excellent customer service to foster strong business connections.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in client relationships, lead generation, and customer service
• Strong skills in sales reporting, market research, and strategic sales planning
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic team environment
• Experience in the hospitality or travel industry is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
