Sales Team Manager

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Team Manager to lead and manage a team of sales professionals in the BFSI sector. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, leadership, and team development within the financial services industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
• Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Monitor team performance, provide feedback, and drive performance improvement.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Identify new business opportunities and guide the team to capitalize on them.
• Prepare and present sales reports to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with all internal and external regulations.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the BFSI sector (Banking, Insurance, or Financial Services).
• Proven experience in sales team management or leadership roles.
• Strong understanding of financial products and sales processes.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and drive results.
