We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Team Manager to lead and manage a team of sales professionals in the BFSI sector. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, leadership, and team development within the financial services industry. Key Responsibilities Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets. Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with organizational goals. Monitor team performance, provide feedback, and drive performance improvement. Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Identify new business opportunities and guide the team to capitalize on them. Prepare and present sales reports to senior management. Ensure compliance with all internal and external regulations. Required Qualifications & Experience Graduate in any discipline. Minimum 2 years of experience in the BFSI sector (Banking, Insurance, or Financial Services). Proven experience in sales team management or leadership roles. Strong understanding of financial products and sales processes. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
