Sales Executive

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting sales goals, and building lasting client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify potential customers and generate new business opportunities.
• Conduct sales visits and follow-ups to understand client needs.
• Present products or services in a structured and professional way.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers.
• Prepare accurate reports on daily, weekly, and monthly activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer satisfaction.

Key Skills & Requirements:

• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Confidence and self-motivation
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM software)
• Bachelor's degree preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
