Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Client Communication & Relationship Management:
Act as the primary point of contact for clients.
Maintain strong, professional communication to understand client needs and provide timely updates.
Ensure client satisfaction throughout the service cycle.
Sales Team Leadership:
Hire, train, and manage a team of 7 sales members in Ajmer.
Set weekly/monthly targets and monitor team performance.
Motivate the team to achieve sales goals and maintain service quality.
Payment Handling & Coordination:
Collect payments from clients in a transparent and professional manner.
Ensure proper documentation, receipts, and reporting of all payments.
Coordinate with the accounts/operations team for payment reconciliation.
Sales Planning & Execution:
Develop local sales strategies to drive revenue.
Analyze market trends and provide insights to management.
Conduct regular field visits and support team members in closing deals.
Reporting & Documentation:
Prepare daily/weekly MIS reports.
Maintain records of leads, conversions, and payments.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience in sales or team leadership roles.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage a team and meet targets.
Good negotiation and client-handling abilities.
Basic understanding of payment collection and reporting.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in field sales.
Familiarity with the Ajmer market.
Ability to work independently and handle responsibility.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
