📌 Job Title: Team Leader – Sales (Loan Department) 📍 Location: Ludhiana 💼 Department: Loans – Sales 🕒 Employment Type: Full-time 💰 Salary: As per industry standards + Attractive Incentives 🔎 Job Summary:We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Team Leader - Sales to manage and drive a team of Field Sales Executives for various loan products such as Personal Loans, Business Loans, Loan Against Property (LAP), and Home Loans. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in retail loan sales and team handling. 📝 Key Responsibilities:Manage, train, and motivate a team of Loan Sales Executives (FOS). Drive sales targets and ensure team performance is aligned with business goals. Monitor daily activities and productivity of the sales team. Conduct regular training and performance reviews. Ensure customer acquisition, documentation, and loan file submissions are completed as per policy. Develop business through DSA, direct walk-ins, field visits, and tele-calling. Coordinate with internal departments like credit, operations, and collection. Maintain MIS and submit daily/weekly reports to management. 🎯 Desired Candidate Profile:Experience: 2-5 years in sales of loans (PL, BL, LAP, HL), with minimum 1 year as a Team Leader. Qualification: Graduate (Any Stream); MBA preferred. Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills. Good understanding of loan products and documentation.
