Are you someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves driving teams toward high-impact outcomes? NxtWave is looking for an Individual to lead, inspire, and scale a team of Business Development Associates in Hyderabad!

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of Sales Reps and Business Development Associates to drive weekly revenue and enrolment targets
• Guide learners with career decisions and showcase how NxtWave’s CCBP 4.0 Programs can transform their careers
• Continuously coach and mentor the team to ensure consistent performance and process excellence
• Own the complete sales lifecycle: from counselling to sales closure and post-sales support
• Track daily team metrics and CRM data to identify trends, optimize strategies, and close gaps
• Handle escalations, resolve customer concerns, and deliver a best-in-class experience
• Share market insights, customer behavior trends, and help shape product/marketing efforts
• Set performance goals, delegate tasks, and manage workflows to ensure maximum output

Minimum Requirement :

• You’ve got

  1+ years of experience leading and managing a sales team

• You're fluent in

  English and should able to speak and understand Telugu

• You’re empathetic, patient, and an excellent communicator with high emotional intelligence
• You understand the nuances of a sales funnel, can track performance, and meet targets consistently
• You’ve worked in EdTech? That’s a big bonus!
• You’re passionate about helping people unlock career opportunities through tech education
