Sales Team Leader

We are looking for a goal-oriented Team Lead - Telesales to handle outbound B2B calls . You will play a key role in generating revenue, improving conversion metrics, and maintaining a motivated team environment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in outbound calling, team management, and driving sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of telesales executives to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Monitor team performance, provide coaching, and conduct regular performance reviews.
• Generate and track team KPIs including call volume, lead conversion, and closures.
• Develop calling scripts and sales pitches to improve conversion rates.
• Ensure adherence to sales processes and compliance guidelines.
• Report sales metrics and insights to senior management.

Key Requirements:

• Min 6 years of experience in telesales, inside sales, or outbound calling roles.
• At least 2 year in a team lead or supervisory role.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and in a high-volume, target-driven environment.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
