Sales Team Leader

We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Team Leader to oversee and guide our sales/support/academic (as applicable) team in our online education division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring team performance, meeting departmental goals, and maintaining high standards of service and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and mentor a team of executives (Sales/Support/Academic).

- Set daily, weekly, and monthly targets and ensure their achievement.

- Monitor team performance using KPIs and prepare performance reports.

- Provide training and development to team members as needed.

- Handle escalated issues and ensure smooth conflict resolution.

- Collaborate with management for strategic planning and process improvement.

- Ensure the team follows company policies and maintains professional standards.

- Coordinate with other departments to improve operational efficiency.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree or higher (preferred in Business, Education, or related field).

- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in EdTech or a related online education sector.

- Proven leadership and team management skills.

- Excellent communication in English; knowledge of Malayalam and Hindi is a plus.

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
