We are now looking for dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Team Leader. *Job Description:*   A Sales Team Leader is responsible for leading a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.  *Key Responsibilities:* Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets. Team Management: Supervise and guide sales team members, providing feedback and coaching. Performance Monitoring: Monitor and evaluate sales performance, identifying areas for improvement. Customer Relationships: Foster strong relationships with customers and ensure customer satisfaction. Sales Forecasting: Forecast sales trends and provide insights to inform business decisions.
