Job Description

Key Responsibilities

1. Team Management & Coordination

  • Supervise and manage Field Staff including Runners and Sales Executives across multiple cities.
  • Assign daily tasks to team members and monitor their performance and progress.
  • Prepare the next day’s visit plan by 3:00 PM and communicate it to the team by 5:00 PM.
  • Ensure the team follows the planned schedule through continuous follow-ups (morning, mid-day, and evening).

2. Visit Tracking & Reporting

  • Update, develop, and maintain a system for team visit tracking, follow-ups, and next-day planning.
  • Ensure employees physically visit assigned sites as per the plan by verifying through calls, photos, location updates, etc.
  • Maintain day-to-day sales reports and share a summary/screenshot with management daily.
  • Cross-check and verify the quality and accuracy of data collected by runners and executives.

3. Sales & Site Operations

  • Ensure Sales Executives visit sites for introduction, client engagement, order follow-ups, and business development.
  • Coordinate with the Marketing Manager to align sales visit routes and priorities.
  • Monitor whether field staff is achieving their defined visit and performance targets.
  • Ensure Runners complete the minimum required site visits and data collection as defined by management.

4. Efficiency & Compliance

  • Plan travel routes and schedules efficiently to minimize running costs.
  • Ensure adherence to organizational processes, visit schedules, and reporting standards.
  • Resolve doubts, pending tasks, or team issues promptly to ensure smooth operations.

5. Client Coordination

  • Take basic follow-ups from clients whenever required to support the sales cycle.
  • Maintain professional communication and assist the team with any client-related updates.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Graduate or equivalent qualification.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to manage and monitor field teams effectively.
  • Good understanding of sales processes and field operations.
  • Proficient in follow-ups, planning, and reporting.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working from office and handling multi-city teams.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
