About the Role:

The Rolling Plate is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Team Leader or Business Development Manager (BDM) to lead and support our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, managing the performance of the sales team, and ensuring smooth communication and query resolution.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales or business development, (preferable in F&B or franchising industry).
• Lead, manage, and mentor the sales team to achieve targets.
• Take regular follow-ups with team members and monitor daily activities.
• Identify growth opportunities and implement strategies to boost lead conversion.
• Provide prompt resolution to team queries and operational concerns.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure aligned business development efforts.
• Track sales performance and prepare regular reports for management.
• Maintain strong client relationships and support franchise growth.
• Demonstrate excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
• Ability to perform under pressure and deliver results within deadlines.
