Job Title: Sales Team Leader  Location: Netaji Subhash Place (NSP), Delhi – 110034    Salary: ₹25,000 per month    Working Days: Monday to Saturday  Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM    Qualification: Post Graduate   Experience: Minimum 1–3 years in sales + team handling experience  Job Overview  We are looking for an experienced and energetic Sales Team Leader to manage, guide, and  motivate our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales  performance, achieving targets, ensuring proper training, and maintaining a high level of  productivity within the team.  Key Responsibilities  ● Lead, supervise, and motivate a team of sales executives.  ● Set daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets for the team.  ● Monitor team performance and ensure targets are achieved.  ● Provide coaching, feedback, and training to team members.  ● Handle escalations and assist team members in closing deals.  ● Maintain reports: daily sales updates, performance reports, and MIS.  ● Conduct regular meetings to review team progress.  ● Ensure sales processes, quality, and compliance are followed.  ● Work closely with management to develop sales strategies.  ● Manage B2B/B2C calls, chats, and client interactions if required.  Requirements  ● Proven experience as a Sales Team Leader or Senior Sales Executive.  ● Strong communication and leadership skills.  ● Ability to motivate and guide a team effectively.  ● Strong understanding of sales techniques and negotiation skills.  ● Good analytical and reporting skills.  ● Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.  ● Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and reporting software.  Benefits  ● Performance-based bonuses  ● Career growth and leadership opportunities  ● Supportive and professional work environment
