1) Sales Target Management
Distribute monthly, weekly, and daily targets to sales executives.
Monitor performance against targets and motivate the team to achieve or exceed goals.
Ensure sales of vehicles, finance, insurance, and accessories.
2. Team Supervision & Guidance
Provide regular coaching and on-the-job training to sales executives.
Monitor the team’s daily customer interactions, test rides, and follow-ups.
Support team members in closing difficult deals or handling objections.
3. Lead Management
Ensure leads are allocated properly and followed up consistently.
Track the enquiry pipeline (cold, hot, lost) and take corrective actions.
Review team follow-up calls, field visits, and DMS updates.
4. Customer Handling
Interact with important customers personally to ensure satisfaction and conversion.
Step in when there are high-value or complex negotiations.
Ensure customer handling standards and showroom experience are maintained.
5. Daily Reporting & Reviews
Conduct morning briefing with the team to review performance and plans.
Submit daily performance reports and enquiry updates to the Sales Manager.
Highlight challenges and opportunities observed during team monitoring.
6. Product Knowledge & Training
Ensure all team members are updated on latest TVS products, schemes, and features.
Organize product demos, role plays, and objection handling sessions.
7. Process Compliance
Ensure team follows standard sales process (enquiry, test ride, finance, booking, delivery).
Check documentation completeness for bookings and finance/insurance proposals.
Monitor showroom discipline, dress code, and behavior of team members.
8. Delivery Coordination
Work with the delivery team to ensure smooth and timely vehicle handovers.
Verify pre-delivery inspections and documentation are complete.
Encourage delivery ceremonies and customer feedback collection.
9. Team Motivation & Discipline
Maintain a positive and competitive team environment.
Address conflicts or underperformance through feedback and mentoring.
Ensure punctuality, attendance, and professionalism.
