We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Team Leader to manage and guide the sales team. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, the ability to motivate a team, and experience in achieving business goals through effective team management and sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, motivate, and manage a team of Sales Executives to achieve business goals.
Monitor daily sales performance and ensure consistent productivity.
Train and mentor team members on sales techniques, communication, and product knowledge.
Handle escalated customer queries and ensure timely resolution.
Prepare daily/weekly reports and share performance insights with management.
Coordinate with other departments to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
Maintain a positive and motivating work environment to ensure high team morale and retention.

Strong understanding of sales processes and CRM tools.
Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and meet organizational goals.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
Minimum 2 years of experience in sales (preferably in telesales or B2C/B2B).
Prior experience in leading a sales team is mandatory.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
