Job Description

Engage with airport passengers proactively to promote and sell Credit Cards. Explain product features, benefits, and offers clearly to prospective customers. Generate leads and ensure accurate documentation and KYC compliance. Achieve monthly sales and productivity targets as per business objectives. Ensure 100% adherence to airport protocols and company policies. Maintain daily MIS on walk-ins, leads generated, and conversion ratio. Coordinate with backend and verification teams for timely card activation. Participate in airport-level promotional and brand visibility activities. Maintain high grooming standards and represent SBI Card with professionalism. Uphold organizational values and ensure all customer interactions meet compliance and service benchmarks. Key Skills & Competencies:Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong persuasion and customer-handling abilities. Confident, self-motivated, and target-driven personality. Presentable and well-groomed as per airport norms. Comfortable working in rotational shifts (morning/evening/night). Ability to handle high footfall and work under pressure.
