Job Description

As a Sales Team Leader at Ztartvisa, your primary role will be to lead and mentor a team of sales executives to achieve their monthly and quarterly targets. You will play a crucial role in overseeing daily operations, providing support in closing deals, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer service that aligns with Ztartvisa's values. Your key responsibilities will include leading, mentoring, and motivating the sales team to achieve individual and team targets. You will drive performance through coaching, role-play, and continuous training while monitoring team KPIs and preparing regular performance reports. Managing and improving the full sales cycle, from lead qualification to closing, will be essential, along with ensuring consistent lead follow-up and pipeline management through CRM tools. Collaboration with the marketing and operations teams to align sales strategies and campaigns will be part of your role. Handling escalated client issues or complex visa/immigration queries effectively and analyzing sales data to identify trends, challenges, and growth opportunities will also be key responsibilities. Additionally, you will assist in hiring, onboarding, and training new team members. To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, along with 3-4 years of sales experience. A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, and proficiency in CRM software like Salesforce or HubSpot are required. Your ability to lead by example, work under pressure, and handle multiple priorities will be crucial for success in this position. Preferred qualifications include experience in international student recruitment, immigration law, or global mobility services. Multilingual abilities and a passion for international travel, global education, or migration trends are considered a plus.
