Sales Team Lead

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Team Lead to lead and drive the sales function of our catering business. The Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, maintaining strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets by promoting our catering services to corporate clients, event planners, institutions, and private customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets for catering services.
• Identify new markets and customer needs through research and networking.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, including corporations, wedding planners, venues, and event organizers.
• Respond to incoming leads, prepare proposals, and conduct follow-ups to convert leads into confirmed business.
• Collaborate with the operations and kitchen teams to ensure client requirements are clearly communicated and executed.
• Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking functions to promote catering services.
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends to develop competitive pricing and service strategies.
• Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates for senior management.
• Maintain a strong pipeline of business through effective CRM usage and client follow-ups.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction before, during, and after events.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
