Job Summary: The Nursing Tutor is responsible for delivering high-quality educational support and instruction to nursing students. This role involves teaching theoretical knowledge, guiding clinical skills development, and mentoring students to ensure their academic and professional growth in nursing practice. Key Responsibilities: Develop and deliver engaging lectures, tutorials, and practical sessions in nursing subjects. Assist students in understanding nursing concepts, theories, and clinical practices. Facilitate student learning through discussions, case studies, and hands-on clinical demonstrations. Assess student performance through exams, assignments, and practical evaluations. Provide constructive feedback and academic support to help students improve their skills. Mentor and advise students on career development and professional conduct. Stay updated with current nursing practices, guidelines, and educational methods. Collaborate with faculty members to develop curriculum and improve teaching strategies. Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and assessment results. Qualifications: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in nursing or related field (master’s preferred). Previous teaching or tutoring experience in nursing education is an advantage. Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Passion for teaching and mentoring students. Knowledge of current nursing practices and clinical procedures. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month Schedule: Morning shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Work Location: In person

Solution Design Executive – Power Systems (C&I Projects) Location: UAE or India Job Summary: The Solution Design Executive will be responsible for supporting technical estimation, proposal creation, and techno-commercial bid preparation for C&I electrical projects focused on compliance, safety, energy optimization, and retrofits. Key Responsibilities: Prepare design solutions for electrical compliance and optimization projects. Develop technical proposals, including risk and safety assessments. Collaborate with engineering, sales, and project teams to scope and design solutions. Support infrastructure management and retrofit project bidding. Analyze customer requirements and propose best-fit electrical solutions. Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or Power Systems Engineering. Strong understanding of electrical compliance, risk management, and retrofitting. Experience with proposal writing, estimation, and project solutioning.
