Job Summary:

The Sales Team Lead will lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service. This role involves guiding the team, managing daily sales operations, and actively participating in sales to ensure a top-notch customer experience in our furniture mall.

Key Responsibilities:

Guide, coach, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Conduct daily briefings and regular training sessions for the sales team.
Monitor individual and team performance, providing constructive feedback.
Oversee daily sales activities and ensure smooth showroom operations.
Assist in setting sales targets and developing strategies to achieve them.
Ensure proper merchandising and presentation of furniture products.
Handle complex customer inquiries and escalated issue.
Track and report on sales performance, customer feedback, and team productivity.

Qualifications:

Experience:
5-10 years of sales experience in retail, with at least 2-5 years in a team lead or supervisory role, preferably in furniture, home décor, or a related industry.
Skills:
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proven sales track record and customer service skills.
Basic computer proficiency.
Good understanding of furniture products and design trends.
