Description We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Team Lead to join our growing team in India. The ideal candidate will have 2-7 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of success in leading sales teams and driving revenue growth. The Sales Team Lead will be responsible for managing a team of sales representatives, developing and implementing sales strategies, and building strong relationships with clients. Responsibilities Lead and manage a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and objectives. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive growth in assigned territories. Conduct regular sales meetings to review performance, provide training, and motivate team members. Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders. Prepare and present sales reports to senior management, highlighting progress and challenges. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with overall business strategy. Skills and Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 2-7 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership role. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving team performance. Strong understanding of the sales process and customer relationship management (CRM) systems. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions based on market trends. Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop a sales team.
