Area Sales Manager - LAP Job Summary: The Area Sales Manager for LAP plays a pivotal role in driving sales strategies and achieving ambitious revenue targets. This position involves managing relationships with clients, leading a dynamic sales team, and ensuring effective execution of marketing initiatives across the assigned territory. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue and market share within the designated area. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty. Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and team sales goals. Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and adjust strategies accordingly. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide training to enhance skills and product knowledge of the sales team. Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to launch new products and tailor marketing campaigns to the local market. Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and key performance metrics to senior management. Requirements: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and drive team performance. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and attend sales meetings.
