At VPLAK, we are a fast-growing consumer electronics and solutions company, driven by innovation and customer satisfaction. We are looking for a Sales Team Lead to guide and inspire our sales team, ensuring targets are met and exceeded while maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
• Train and mentor sales executives, ensuring consistent performance improvement.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue and market presence.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat and referral business.
• Monitor sales metrics, prepare performance reports, and share insights with management.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to generate qualified leads and drive conversions.
• Handle escalated client issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 3–5 years of sales experience, with at least 1 year in a team-leading role.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Good knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office.
• Self-motivated, result-oriented, and a team player.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
