Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales representatives to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies, plans, and KPIs aligned with business goals.
  • Train and coach team members on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer handling.
  • Monitor daily sales activities, pipelines, and performance metrics to ensure accountability.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships, addressing client needs and resolving issues.
  • Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and provide constructive feedback.
  • Collaborate with marketing, operations, and product teams to align strategies and campaigns.
  • Analyze sales reports, identify trends, and recommend improvements to boost performance.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, processes, and ethical sales practices.
  • Drive new business development while supporting existing client retention and growth.
