Sales Team Lead

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Team Lead Manager to oversee our sales team and ensure business targets are achieved. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a strategic mindset, and a proven record of driving performance through effective team management and sales execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, train, and motivate a team of sales executives to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Monitor team performance and provide regular coaching, feedback, and performance reviews.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and increase market share.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.
• Track sales metrics and prepare reports on team performance, conversion rates, and revenue achievement.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, compliance, and ethical business practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, operations, and HR) to improve processes and customer experience.
• Identify opportunities for business development and contribute to regional sales planning.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1-4 years of Field sales experience
• Proven experience in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and people management skills.
• Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions.
• Experience in the [specify industry, e.g., Life Insurance, BFSI, FMCG,Telecom etc.] sector preferred.
