Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage a team of sales representatives to achieve targets through effective communication, coaching, and feedback.
Develop and implement strategies to increase sales performance, improve customer satisfaction, and reduce shrinkage.
Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth and develop targeted sales initiatives.
Collaborate with other departments (e.g., operations) to resolve issues related to product availability, pricing, or inventory management.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as AHT, attrition rate, pipeline management, KRA achievement etc.

Desired Candidate Profile

2-7 years of experience in BPO sales or similar industry with a proven track record of achieving targets.
Strong understanding of outbound sales processes, including lead generation techniques and negotiation skills.
Excellent leadership skills with ability to motivate teams towards achieving common goals.
Proficiency in using CRM software for tracking leads and managing pipelines.
