Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of sales representatives to achieve targets through effective communication, coaching, and feedback.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales performance, improve customer satisfaction, and reduce shrinkage.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth and develop targeted sales initiatives.
  • Collaborate with other departments (e.g., operations) to resolve issues related to product availability, pricing, or inventory management.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as AHT, attrition rate, pipeline management, KRA achievement etc.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 2-7 years of experience in BPO sales or similar industry with a proven track record of achieving targets.
  • Strong understanding of outbound sales processes, including lead generation techniques and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent leadership skills with ability to motivate teams towards achieving common goals.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software for tracking leads and managing pipelines.
