Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a sales team focused on domestic university partnerships.
Drive end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation, pitching, negotiation, and closures with Indian universities.
Achieve and exceed sales targets while ensuring high-quality client engagement.
Guide, mentor, and motivate team members to improve their performance and achieve goals.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with domestic universities, colleges, and educational institutions.
Track and monitor team KPIs, pipeline, and performance through CRM.
Coordinate with Marketing, Operations, and Product teams for smooth client onboarding and delivery.
Stay updated with higher education policies, trends, and competitive landscape in India.
Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Education Management.
4–6 years of proven experience in EdTech sales, dealing only with domestic universities.
Minimum 2 years of team handling experience.
Strong understanding of Indian higher education ecosystem.
Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
Hands-on experience with CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
