Sales Team Lead - IT Software Company

Stellar is looking for Team lead with a flair for technology and experience in sales. Experience/exposure of Team handling is highly preferred.

Role to be Performed:

• Responsible for customer service operations of the branch office.
• Manage Inside Sales team members to ensure all requirements of customers are effectively fulfilled
• Attend to all escalations from customers and provide the best resolution to them.
• Proactively seek opportunities for process improvements through ongoing review of processes/ methods of data collection and report preparation to create efficiencies and eliminate non-value-added work.
• Provide mentoring and training to team members and review their performance on a periodic basis.
• Seek opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen client relationships
• As per the situation, be able to perform multi-tasks duties for ensuring inside sales targets are met for the branch.
• In order to be successful in this role, you will need to have a deep understanding of the inside sales process, interpersonal skills, and good communication skills.
• Previous experience in a tele sales role is an advantage.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Any Graduate with 2-4 years' experience out of which a minimum one year should be of team handling.
• Team Management skills with hands-on experience in Excel and report preparation.
• Exceptional interpersonal, customer service, problem-solving, verbal and written communication, and conflict resolution skills.
• Proficiency with computers, software applications, phone systems, CRM etc.
• Business goal-oriented, ability to achieve business targets consistently.
