Sales Support Specialist

Role Overview: At Infoblox, we are looking for a Sales Support Specialist to join our Revenue operations team in Bangalore. In this role, you will be the primary support contact for Sales, guiding the opportunity lifecycle and providing operational, administrative, and customer-facing support to the sales organization. Your responsibilities will include ensuring compliance, accuracy, and timely order management, as well as collaborating with cross-functional teams and driving sales team success. Key Responsibilities: - Primary support contact for Sales; guiding opportunity lifecycle and sharing updates on processes, systems, and policies. - Acting as a Quoting Subject Matter Expert (SME); ensuring compliance, accuracy, and assisting reps with CPQ quotes, pricing, discounts, and configurations. - Minimizing PO holds by matching quotes with POs and resolving discrepancies with Channel and Sales teams. - Maintaining records, generating pipeline/order reports, and providing insights for sales management decisions. - Addressing quote/pricing queries, supporting proposals and documentation, and ensuring timely follow-ups. - Acting as a trusted partner, driving sales team success and productivity. Qualifications Required: - 6+ years in Sales Support (Quoting) or Revenue Operations, preferably in SaaS. - Strong knowledge of sales processes; hands-on experience with CPQ tools; proficient in Salesforce (SFDC) or similar CRMs; advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and Word skills. - Skilled in analyzing data, identifying trends, and resolving issues with a logical, structured approach. - Excellent verbal/written skills; proven ability to collaborate across teams and engage stakeholders at all levels. - High accuracy in data/documentation; adept at managing multiple priorities in fast-paced environments. - Proactive and teamwork-driven; experienced in coordinating with Sales, Finance, and Operations. - Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or related field.
