Your role and responsibilities:In this role, you will have the opportunity to support the assigned Sales organization of IEC LV Motors division and their customers during the proposal process. Each day, you will serve as a key technical resource in the assigned area. You will also showcase your expertise by preparing technical descriptions of the products and technology, determining costs, and preparing final documentation.
You will be mainly accountable for:- Offering technical advice and solutions on inquiries from customers/channels/Sales Specialists about ABB products/systems/applications.
- Pre order documentation and solve a technical issue in assigned area of responsibility.
- Prepares and delivers technical presentations and demonstrations for both internal staff and customers on complex product issues.
- Supports the Sales organization/customers in determining the most technically appropriate and cost-effective solutions and in the preparation of demanding offers
Qualifications for the role:
- Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering with 4+ years of experience in Sales support/Technical support.
- Good understanding of construction and theory along with design experience of induction motors.
- Preparation of technical datasheets, writing Comments and Deviations as per customer specification
- Working knowledge on Induction motor enquiries from OEMs, EPCs, End users with hands on knowledge of IS and IEC standards.
- Knowledge of Hazardous area motors and testing requirements of the Induction motor.
