About the Role

We are seeking a Sales Support Management Analyst II to join our team in Bangalore. This role is primarily back-office and non-customer facing, responsible for supporting the end-to-end sales cycle processes. You will play a key role in ensuring accurate, timely, and organized data management while assisting with reporting, analysis, and documentation.

Key Responsibilities

Capture, enter, and organize customer information in internal systems.

Update sales opportunity data and maintain accurate records and documentation.

Research, compile, and prepare data for regular and ad-hoc reports.

Assist with sales analysis, productivity tracking, and business goal measurement.

Coordinate work through defined processes to support sales operations.

Ensure data security and compliance with local legal requirements.

Provide reporting capabilities to support sales, delivery, audit, and operational teams.

Key Skills & Qualifications

Technical knowledge of IT Infrastructure.

Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).

Strong analytical and organizational skills.

Excellent communication skills in English (verbal & written).

Attention to detail with the ability to handle sensitive data securely.
